SOPREMA does not currently have application videos for all products.  We are working on developing additional videos and hope to have more available in the coming months.  Current videos can be found on our YouTube page

What form of recognition is provided for completion of a CTP course?

At the successful completion of a course, the applicator receives a certificate of completion and program specific t-shirt.  A few weeks later, the company contact will receive a personalized recognition card for each applicator listing the successfully completed course(s).  The contractor will also receive a certificate recognizing their participation in the contractor training program.

If the recognition card follows the applicator, will that create an employee poaching issue?

The recognition cards are sent to the contractor, and could be considered to be the property of the company.  Our suggestion would be that the contractor control access and use of the cards.  Replacement cards will not be provided without consent of the contractor.

What happens if I take additional courses?

Upon successful completion of an additional course, a new card will be delivered to the contractor listing all completed courses for each applicator.

What CTP courses are available?

We currently have 19 courses (11 Roofing and 8 Waterproofing).  Courses are being continuously added.  For an up to date listing of the course please see our website.

Where can I find information about the scheduled CTP courses?

A course schedule can be found on our website

Who are the instructors?

The instructions are field technical staff, who are thoroughly familiar with the use and installation of the applicable SOPREMA material.

Does SOPREMA offer warranty fee advantages for crews that have successfully completed the applicable CTP course?

Recently we have seen project documents with the requirement for applicators to have successfully completed a manufactures contractor training program.  This type of specification language should help in minimizing bidders and strengthening the contractor’s competitive advantage.
